1. Platform Fees
One platform fee, always deducted from the recipient’s payout — never added to what you pay:
Student Listings
- Platform fee 5%
- Deducted from Recipient payout
Company Tasks
- Platform fee 10%
- Deducted from Recipient payout
Gateway Charges: Razorpay processes all payments. A gateway fee of 2% is added on top of the listed price at checkout and is shown to you before you pay.
2. Refunds for Clients
We hold your payment until the work is approved. You are eligible for a 100% refund to your wallet if:
You cancel before work starts
Hustler misses deadline
Unsatisfactory delivery (verified by dispute)
3. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, DoItForMe acts as the arbitrator. Email evidence (chat logs) to doitforme.in@gmail.com, or escalate to gandhimouriyan1234@gmail.com. We resolve disputes within 48 hours.
4. Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are processed to your linked bank account within 5-7 business days.
